"Shift Your Perspective: Why Trauma Matters and What You Can Do" Luncheon

Hope House of South Central Wisconsin, in partnership with the Faith Leaders for Healthy Relationships committee, is sponsoring "Shift Your Perspective: Why Trauma Matters and What You Can Do." This luncheon workshop will be held from 11:30am-1:30pm on November 13 at the Fore Seasons Restaurant at the Baraboo Country Club and on November 14 at the House of Embers in Wisconsin Dells. Joann Stephens from Stable Life will provide participants with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively support those who have experienced trauma. Participants will learn what trauma is, the effects trauma has on a person's body and brain, and how to understand the needs of people with trauma histories. The cost is $15.
