Solutions Center Shelter and Support Services operates emergency shelters for victims of domestic violence and homelessness in Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin. Our mission is to provide safety, offer support and restore hope to those affected by domestic abuse and homelessness,
The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the administration, finances, programs and strategic plan of the agency. Other key duties include community relations and outreach; oversight of fundraising and special events; and supervision and evaluation of professional staff.
Master's degree in a human service or non-profit field or equivalent work experience.
Two or more years of senior management experience
Solid, hands on financial management skills, including budget preparation, analysis, decision-making and reporting.
Ability to communicate clearly both in person and through written and electronic media the mission and vision to staff, board, volunteers, donors and community partners.
