DAIS is seeking an experienced professional for the position of Shelter Coordinator. The position duties include training and supervision of full and part time shelter advocates, providing direct services to victims of domestic violence and their children, overseeing data management regarding shelter client files, and participating in on-call coverage.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience supervising human services staff. The ideal candidate will also have experience working with victims of domestic violence and their children as well as experience working in a residential setting. This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated, experienced professional to participate in creating the next phase of success for a rapidly growing, strong non-profit organization.
