Membership Options

Program Members: (Full Voting) – Annual dues are based on organizational budget.

Program Members must:

  • Be a private, non-profit organization, county government agency, or tribal agency.
  • Have a primary focus on providing services to survivors of domestic abuse and/or sexual assault in Wisconsin;
    • Or have a program component that has domestic abuse and/or sexual assault as a primary focus;
    • Or have a program component that works towards the prevention of gender violence and oppression;
    • Or be a program that receives State of WI Domestic Abuse Program funding and that provides shelter and/or services for survivors of domestic abuse and/or sexual assault.
  • Adhere to the mission, vision, and values of End Domestic Abuse Wisconsin.
  • Pay annual membership dues to End Abuse.

Allied Partners: (Non-Voting) – Annual dues are $300.

  • Non-profit organizations and government agencies whose work intersects with, but is not primarily focused on, the issues of domestic abuse and interpersonal violence. 
    Examples might include non-profit legal organizations, family-serving organizations, or youth-serving organizations, clinics, hospitals, and county agencies such as human services, child protective services, courts, or aging and disability agencies.
  • Support the mission, vision, and values of End Domestic Abuse Wisconsin and work to empower survivors.
  • Pay annual membership dues to End Abuse.

Supporting Individual Member: (Non-Voting) – Annual dues are $50 


Program Membership Application or Renewal

End Abuse Program Membership runs from January 1 through December 31
each year. Membership fees are on a sliding scale based on organizational budget.
To ensure access to all your member benefits for 2024, apply or renew by Feb 11, 2024. 

Steps to Renewing

Please read all three steps below before clicking on the link to ensure your membership number is created during the registration process. You will need your membership number to register at no cost for End Abuse trainings:

  1. Complete this online form. You will be able to choose your payment method here (check or paypal/credit card).
  2. If you choose to pay by check, you will receive an invoice by email immediately after submitting the form. Please print this invoice and mail a copy of the invoice with your payment to End Abuse at the address on the invoice.
  3. If you choose to pay by credit card, use the payment link in the form to pay. Then return to your form (it will be under your payment window) and sign and submit it to ensure you receive your Training Access ID number which you will need to register for free trainings.
