Advocates Serving as Expert Witnesses

We are excited to welcome Sam Collier, Founder and Executive Director of TeamTeal365 Inc., who will share their knowledge and experience serving as an expert witness. Sam will join Ian Henderson (Wisconsin Coalition Against Sexual Assault) and Kari Niesen LaScala (End Domestic Abuse Wisconsin) to present the basics of serving as domestic violence and sexual assault expert witnesses in criminal and family law cases in Wisconsin. During this 90-minute introduction and overview, we will discuss presenting qualifications, preparing for, and serving as an expert witness.
