Basics of Nonprofit Financials and Cost Allocations

This 2-1/2 hour workshop is for Directors, Associate Directors, and Financial Staff who are interested in learning how to: 

  • Read and understand an income statement 
  • Interpret the information found in a balance sheet 
  • Make financial decisions based on understanding your cash flow  

Additionally, participants will learn how to properly allocate agency costs across different funding sources (projects).
