This Restraining Order Series delivers 6 sessions of interactive, virtual training developed by End Abuse’s Legal Services Team to address advocates’ most common questions. Each Beyond the Basics 45-minute session begins at 1pm, with Q&A from 1:45-2pm.
Each session takes an in-depth look at a specific topic with an advocacy-focused lens. Topics include a deep dive into different types of orders (Domestic Abuse, Harassment, Child Abuse, and Individual at Risk), Service/Service by Publication, Intersecting Orders, and Complicated Situations.
Cost: This training is free for End Domestic Abuse Wisconsin Program Members and Programs Funded by the WI Department of Children & Families or DOJ Office of Crime Victim Services/$50 per session for all others.
