Decriminalization for Trafficking Survivors

In this training End Abuse’s Legal Team will discuss how survivors of human trafficking accrue criminal records due to their victimization, and the resulting barriers to employment, housing, family unity, and full empowerment.

You will also learn about legal options that can help remove criminal records. This training incorporates timely examples of criminalization and decriminalization options from Wisconsin and around the United States.

Level: Intermediate

Cost: This training is free for End Domestic Abuse Wisconsin Program Members and Programs Funded by the WI Department of Children & Families or DOJ Office of Crime Victim Services/$50 for all others.
