Join us to review mandatory reporting laws and how they interact with confidentiality provisions at most domestic violence agencies.  This training will address what mandatory reporting is, who is considered a legally mandated reporter and what are they mandated to report, along with how core ethical commitments to client confidentiality provisions under VAWA, VOCA or FVSPA may impact reporting obligations.
