Stalking 2.0: The Use of Technology to Stalk

Thursday, April 23, 2026 9:00 am - 10:30 am

Join Dana Fleitman from the Stalking Prevention, Awareness, and Resource Center (SPARC) for up-to-date stalking information and safety strategies.

Stalking is prevalent, dangerous, and often misunderstood. Those who stalk may creatively use – and misuse – a variety of technologies to locate, monitor, contact, and otherwise scare the person they target. While helping survivors navigate technology-facilitated stalking can seem intimidating, the reality is that many stalkers leverage common and easy-to-use applications and devices. This session provides concrete strategies to help responders identify technologies being used to facilitate stalking, safety plan with survivors, and preserve evidence.

Feel free to share the 4-23 SPARC Stalking 2.0 Training Flyer.
