Stalking is prevalent, dangerous, and often misunderstood. Those who stalk may creatively use – and misuse – a variety of technologies to locate, monitor, contact, and otherwise scare the person they target. This session provides concrete strategies to help responders identify technologies being used to facilitate stalking, safety plan with survivors, and preserve evidence.
