For the April 5th session of Transformative in Action: a quarterly convening of Advocates & Multi-Disciplinary Teams, we will explore opportunities to empower survivors and our communities toward economic liberation. We encourage folks to listen to Prevent Connect’s webinar, “Cultivating Community Leadership & Power Within Ecosystems for Safety” beforehand, but the session will still be engaging and accessible for those who are not able to do so before. Participants will leave this space with a better understanding of economic justice in context of our anti-violence work, and with practical strategies for community engagement.
