The Wisconsin Coalition Against Sexual Assault and End Abuse are excited for a Legislative Advocacy Day at the Capitol on October 25! Our focus will be on legislation that would increase funding for sexual assault and domestic abuse services. Given the expected significant reductions in VOCA (Victims of Crime Act) funding next year, this is an extremely important opportunity to keep the importance of funding victims services front and center for members of the Legislature.
We will offer a virtual prep meeting for the Advocacy Day on October 17 at 2 pm.
