Beginning in 2015, End Abuse has hosted webinars focused on addressing the unique dynamics of the LGBTQ community within the context of our movement against gender-based violence. In this year’s webinar, experts from Diverse & Resilient will be addressing the violence youth are facing in homophobic/transphobic homes during these times of social distancing and more time at home. It will also address the link to intimate partner violence young people may witness within families.
Participation in this webinar will meet the Department of Children & Families Requirements for domestic violence programs. The webinar will be recorded and available on the End Abuse website for later viewing. More information about presenters is available on the associated flyer.
