During this training, you will learn about immigration options for survivors, such as U nonimmigrant status (“U visa”), T nonimmigrant status (“T visa”), and VAWA self-petitions. The training will cover requirements to apply, what the processes look like, and outcomes for survivors who obtain these types of immigration remedies.  

In this training End Abuse’s Legal Team will discuss how survivors of human trafficking accrue criminal records due to their victimization, and the resulting barriers to employment, housing, family unity, and full empowerment.
