Under the supervision of the Director of Education and Membership Services, The Program Capacity and Support Coordinator works closely with local agencies, statewide and national partners to support the capacity and sustainability of domestic violence services and programs to serve victims though training and technical assistance (TA). This position covers the southern and southeastern part of the state and culturally specific programs. The position has the potential to be remote and the person must reside in the area of the state they will cover.

Our Bilingual Crisis Intervention Advocate requires fluency in English and Spanish. Successful candidates have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and their children. Established in 1984, Harbor House is the singular agency in Outagamie and Calumet Counties committed to the awareness and prevention of domestic abuse across all races, socio-economic levels, and life situations. Beginning as a county-administered program offering safe shelter and basic crisis services to domestic abuse victims, Harbor House has expanded to a 68-bed shelter with 24-hour emergency services and a wide range of programming for families affected by domestic violence. Despite a growing need for services, Harbor House will never turn away a family. As passionate advocates, Harbor House seeks to start, drive, and shape the conversation around domestic abuse and provide the knowledge and services needed to break the cycle of domestic abuse.

The Community Domestic Abuse Advocacy Program (CDAAP) works with clients whom have been referred by Milwaukee Police Department for follow-up support and services after a Domestic Violence incident has been reported. The High Risk advocate position takes on a client-base of survivors who need more than crisis response services. This advocate provides on-going support, case management, court support, referrals to community resources and more. The CDAAP High Risk Advocate for the City of Milwaukee supports victims of domestic violence who have a high risk of violence and trauma reoccurring.

End Domestic Abuse Wisconsin is seeking an experienced professional for a full-time, exempt Grants Coordinator position. This position, under the supervision of the Director of Finance and Administration, will be responsible for grants compliance, administration and reporting for more than 20 funding streams. We are looking for an experienced grants administrator with familiarity with either or both government and private funders. The Grants Coordinator must have the ability to work under deadlines, in a team environment, with minimal supervision and with diverse populations. Extensive software skills and sensitivity to confidential matters are required.
